Mind you it has done 140% in a week, so maybe wait for a retrace.
    Quarterly out shortly

With the Royal Commission in "Misconduct"?? into Banking and other areas of Fin Services plus Superannuation ,with the first public hearing in Melbourne on February 12th..

What do others think how far the unit price of the big 4 Banks will drop?..

Plus this downtrend could also play into those that are players in Dividend Harvesting before the cut off period starts..imho..

Looks like it's going to be a interesting day on Monday , Aussie Dollar below 80 cents ,DowJones is down 665.750 and the ASX-SPI-200 is running at -65.000..

Just placed a offer in Commsec with a Bank that I follow for 2 days starting Monday, the upside is I will still be in time for the dividend plus franking credits ,not too worried about the price as it's my own money without exploiting them for fun and profit..

    imho..

No-starts with C and ends with A ,trickle down economics ,plus the order may not go into that low level with way the risk undermining process work's..It's mainly a dividend harvest play bought the same NUMBER last week for $78.88 ,the order for Monday is lower then that..Could well be another disaster but it's better then taking a punt on TLS "IMHO"..

I sold cla and avl this week, decided to take the profits and pay for my new solar system which will then produce a solid 15% return.

Reckon at some point in time it will get to $100. After the Royal Commission is over, all the banks will shoot up again.
    Just my opinion.

I agree, the only problem was when they hit the $94-95mark I told one of our daughters the same thing..

She ended up buying 1000 at around $93 and I think they went back too the $70.00 mark ,but with the reinvestment plan and as time is on her side one day the $100.00 mark will happen-at least what iv'e stuffed up on my own I still remember..So does our Daughter..

Can I ask if your daughter had a plan if/when they got to $100? If it's a target number just to have a target number, I'm sure you are still sleeping fine.

Yes she has a plan, reinvest the div's add more when she can and maybe one day end up with her name in the back of the CBA Annual report where there is a page with the stand alone shareholder's who control over 5000 units are listed..And I have taught all of our daughters never blame someone for the failure ,because if you do you are unconsciously certain to fail..imho..

ALL shares. It tripled topped at $24 and now is braking out to ATH.
Also Trump tax cuts will help.

Would you class the big 4 bank shares as cheap at the moment?

My pick is NAB. Best gross dividend yield.

    9.69%

    Below 50/200 moving averages.

Actually dropped below the 12-month low.
