NUH is definitely one you need patience with. Their technology is industry leading. I think they'll get a deserved re-rate once cashflow reports indicate good progress in terms of sales. Remember that markets are looking for consistency of cashflow.

BAT has been painful for me. My first parcel was at 13c in Dec 16. I used the slump last year to average down. The size of my holding has see-sawed.

The thing with spec resources (development) plays is that they all generally follow a pattern:
    • Define resource -> Development plan / studies -> Marketing / Offtakes -> Funding -> Construct Mine
I'm more wary of exploration plays unless there is a historic resource or drilling.

I'm in a similar position with these 2.

BAT I initially bought at 11.5c, and then again at 8.1c, so would certainly be happy for it to go back up!

Satisfied to sit on both for a while.

I have a few other very small holdings of speculative stocks that could really do with going back up!

    Cheers,
    Inertia.

I don't own any units in this company but looking at the above chart , I have a small order in line for this morning it's anyone's guess on the relevant eventualities ..
When you look at what economic forecasters are saying about AMP ,then read up on the former CEO OF THE CBA from 1992 --2005 government owned too a top 4 integrated financial services company..

What are your thoughts on AMP, bit out of context but could they be the Lehman Brothers of Australia or do you think we could see a turnaround from them?
When I use Lehman as a reference I refer to them due to the bankruptcy not due to lending practises etc

I bought a parcel today. Not that I know anything about them. They are nicely beaten now. Everyone is scared.. so, I'm happy to start collecting.

CBA at any price is a good buy, but at 70 pesos its a great buy.

Warren Buffett is quoted as saying..Don't as your barber if you need a haircut..

I have no thoughts on AMP ,and I don't think numbers wise this will end up like Lehman Bros ,if it was then the big players insiders would have hammered it down ,the upside time wise is limited and the short-term downside is still huge because a catastrophe like this can also kiss the businesses like this good-buy..

    Hi everyone,

Any thoughts on the New Zealand company Keytone? There is an IPO (Proposed ASX code KTD) aiming to raise AU$13-15M valuing the company at 30M. From what I understand they have a manufactures licence to sell Milk products to China via the Certification and Accreditation Administration. Looks like they have a current revenue of 1.5M and are focused on increasing production and supply to Asia for various milk based products.

Interested if anyone here has a general idea about this company?

They are going from strength to strength, yet it still has not been repriced.
I like what the company is doing though, so hanging in there for the long haul.

BAT funding solution largely resolved with a Placement and SPP together with debt funding to deliver an expected $58M in the kitty.

Placement / SPP priced at $0.06 so i’m expecting BAT to trade close to $0.06 until end of June ( shareholder meeting to approve tranche 2 of placement and debt funding). 1st tranche of shares in placement issued next week.

After that it’s completion of construction for first production and shipment next year. A good price target over 18-24 months is $0.15 to $0.25.

After that 10+ bags as they execute their 5-year plan.

Management team have been structured to suit transition over next 20 months to producer.

Link to May 18 investor preso.

At what price is CSL not a buy? It just keeps giving.

I've seen a few people refuse to pay the price given their lower entry, yet the good news keeps rolling in.

Without even looking at the stock or doing any research.... this is very speculative...

1.5m revenue and company has value of 30m? that doesn't sound right....

I do wish them luck, but valuations seems to be off for my liking.
