I buy them below ~16 cents and sell them above ~18 cents. So far did well.

Production growth drives income growth, profit growth and earnings per share ...

They are not producing yet, but once they do ...

NVA is my latest pic in the world of specs. Have been invested since November.

Their primary asset is Lithium in Canada. They announced a massive increase in their land holding yesterday. They also set a robust exploration target based on their 2018/2017 drilling as well as historic data from as early as the 1930’s. They are fast-tracking this project. Drill assays and metallurgy studies due within weeks. Maiden JORC expected August. Metallurgical studies are to support marketing to secure Offtakes. They have Hong Kong/New York based advisers to help.

They also have a relatively mature gold exploration project in Alaska. Historic drilling from earlier this decade to back it up. Maiden JORC expected in October to December timeframe. They are thinking long term with the Alaska projects. Diversification. Aggressive exploration program with timeframes linked to a JV.

Have met both the MD and one of the other directors. Nice thing about this company is they set and meet their timelines. Additions to the board last year added some good experience.

Sentiment in the lithium sector may be turning. Morgan Stanley pumped out oversupply fears in January. The massive predicted growth in battery demand from electric passenger vehicles, transpor and home/grid storage seems likely to defy oversupply fears.

Google “Benchmark Minerals” and “Electrek” to kick off your research on the industry.

Global X Lithium ETF chart suggests we may be at bottom in the sector. Keep monitoring this.

Why would you think that (or is it just wishful hoping)? It's highest value in the past 12 months has been fractionally over $6. I do hope you're right, though (I have a small parcel of these guys, and am holding them, as the dividends are nice :))

I'm buying banks simply because it's part of my dca strategy, not due to their dividends as I have a gut feeling dividends will be cut in the future due to housing and economic headwinds. Do I think banks are going anywhere in the future, no. Domi think they are the best investment at the moment, no. But as I said just part of my strategy
    What's your gut feel mate?

Yep, I guess they will always be at risk of a dividend reduction, but this is a core reason why aussies buy the banks too, their healthy dividend. Lending costs will be passed onto borrowers no doubt, and in my opinion the the banks are in damage control and will be over the next few years, I can’t see them cutting the dividend while they are repairing their PR

Ps I’m about 95% in on banks. Yes I’m down, circa 2% since inception of dec 2017.

But my hand will be out again come pay for the divvies;)

CBA did go into the $mid 71 dollar range on the 27th of last month, but there seems to be a holding pattern now unless it goes into the secondary market below 70$ and below..The only longterm value in the small end banks is BOQ..imho.

AVZ is on free fall. I would get back if it hits 13 cents.

BOQ put on a good AGM at the Hilton in Brisbane..Plus they don,t seem exposed unlike the big 4 ..
I was in the lift going down after the last AGM and the GEO and his small team of legal-minder's walked into the lift ,and one asked what did I think of the AGM as the lift going down..
Told them a quote from Fidel Castro..
I would not vote for the mayor..It's not because he didn't invite me to dinner, but because on my way into town from the airport there were such enormous potholes..
