    We even put some sliced bread into the bacon fat and fried that off.

    Coffee is the nectar of the Gods and pizza is their food.

    Lunch will be cold leftover pizza from a local takeaway. One of the best I've had for a long time. And it's been a long time since I've had pizza too.

    Haha I have a quick cup of brown rice with John West chilli tuna plus a little
    Sachet of steamed green veg you pop in the microwave. I eat this mon to Thursday then Friday I buy lunch with colleagues

    Something that a colleague has that I will try is a flatbread filled with falafel, cheese, hommus, spinach leaves, toasted until the cheese melts.
