Don’t make each day 5 days at the start of the week. But we do chop up the salad ingredients at start of the week then it’s easy to just grab what you like each morning, takes like 2 mins.

I don’t mind wraps, not a lot of bread especially if it’s the only bread for the day. Best wrap ever had was crumbed chicken with chilli and bacon with salad. Yummo and a good package.
Today had leftover sausage on a wrap with homemade tomato & onion relish.

Yum! My hubby makes a similar thing with beef - called Di's cheesy meatballs. We have no idea who Di is. :)

I had a chiko roll and a can of coke. I then bought a battered sav ten minutes later.

    Too upmarket for me.

I get dirty looks from the moment I park my commodore in their capark (the one at Lansvale).

The chickos had to be “fresh” fried, not the ones sitting in the window.;)

Keeping the fish 'n chipperies alive! They always say that fat fills you more than carbs, but why not combine them....

In case I don't bring lunch to work, I have an emergency stash to make:
Boiled rice (get those single serve that heat in the microwave), mixed with a single can of kidney beans, single can of sweet corn and single can of flavoured tuna. If you have some around, put some spinach leaves and/or rocket leaves. Nice mix of carbs, protein and vegies
