What's on the menu for lunch??

I'm getting sick of my sanga's and need some inspiration! Preferably quick and easy for on the run but some food pron never goes astray ;)

Anyone do the bulk lunches so the work week is all done and ready rather than making them at midnight or racing before you leave

    Salads.
Grate all your beetroot, carrot, cheese, onions, lettuce, radish, etc and store in separate containers.
Each day, grab a portion of each and throw together into a container, top with sliced (not smashed) avo, tomatoes and your fav olive oil. Add meat to suit.

No more bread, its bad for you.

Pita bread, falafel balls, throw in some salad, tahini and chilli and you got a delicious vege lunch :)

ok i need to lift my game!
ill try to throw some salads together but i do prefer meals that do not require cutlery, especially when driving:eek: Ill add wraps to the mix with tuna/salmon and i think that will be an improvement

anyone make their lunches for the week? pre chopped salads sound easiest
