    Just having fun....

I am pretty sure I am in all these zones every second day...

There’s the COUCH ZONE (“I like to eat chips all day and sleep”).

There’s the SAFETY ZONE (“I’m going to work my steady job, hope I don’t get sacked, and retire and try to enjoy the remaining years of my life”).

There’s the COMFORT ZONE (“I have to make a paycheque and own a house but I’m not going to go off on my own. Too much risk.”)

There’s the DISCOMFORT ZONE (“I’m going to make a new friend every day.”)

There’s the DANGER ZONE (“I’m quitting my job and exploring my dreams! I have no idea what I will do tomorrow but I can’t take another day of this”)

Then there’s the “FREE ZONE”, (“I’m going to keep experimenting and ultimately scale the things that work.”)

I'm in the Ozone - head in the clouds.

Tomorrow in the Bro-zone, hanging with family.

But everyday feels like the Twilight Zone.

Im hoping to start a land development business in the next 6 months. Since christmas i have been non stop writing, preparing and networking with others that have succeeded. Its amazing, the more successful people i have been speaking too, the more i am feeling confident in this decision. Although today i am tired, i woke at 4am and started writing development material for the website, so the tiredness is forming doubts in my mind. But tomorrow is a new day and I'll get back into it and hopfully feel confident in this decision again.

So i guess im in the danger zone, although im hoping to continue as a part time land surveyor while seeing if this thing takes off, rather then fully quiting.

    Recovery zone.

Made some bad decisions in the past and went through tough times. Now have a plan and some habits (and two incomes) that mean we can try to set ourselves for retirement without being destitute.

Discovered a new one - the ero-genius zone.

This is where you get all excited about picking the peak in the market consistently.

The troughs can be more exciting especially if you can secure a below market transaction.

Well, you're one who profited by waiting for the markets to deliver. Not hugely, just a small delivery.
