If you like it... don't post it on the forum! There could be a lot of people reading it (loads of investors looking for their next purchase) and you don't want competition. Best thing to do is to look at comparables and see how much they sold for.
Well we lost out on the bidding it's under contract i'm just interested in what seasoned investors would put it at to see if it matches the asking price they were after just to get an idea of value really for both the suburb and the area(greater west sydney)
