    Whats your prediction in 3 months? Prices to fall off a cliff? Perhaps a plateau but then expect the train to keep charging. This Island isn't growing any larger

    Lol yeah good stuff, when i read this thread just now and saw your original posts from last year I thought "Step 1: Change jobs, because a civil engineer should be earning more than that". The investment world is your oyster with income and cash like you have now.

    If I had 500k and 80k a year, with my experience I'd go nuts with it and get as much leverage as I can. But that's with my experience.

    I assume you're new to this game. You're probably more conservative, which is totally fine. I was nervous as hell with my first few purchases. In your case I would buy a PPOR, and when you're feeling more confident, recycle your debt and buy an IP. Confidence takes time to build, I get that. We've all been there.
