    For investment purposes? Probably nothing, and just sell off the land.

    Have you looked into how to qualify for the higher zoning and what the end values for various projects might be?

    No I'm saying the property probably isn't investment grade to begin with. Have you done the napkin feaso numbers? Stuff like costs to purchase and subdivide vs end product value?

    Because I didn't think there was anything close to enough profit even on the first initial scan.
