Absolutely no idea but it’s lovely. I’m not sure a sound barrier would be very effective that close to Wynnum road either.
    Great views.

No idea what it will go for, but I'd be pretty happy to live there :)

Great view, I like the old Queenslander there too, probably not the best use of the land (and noisy), but just has that old school character.

One of my favourite Brisbane suburbs - I'd have to toss a coin for a number.

For that size land with those views it's very hard to make an accurate guesstimate . It's most likely gonna be someone who falls in love with the views and money is not the primary consideration .

Sorry to be down, but I would entertain only half of 3m myself

Zoning and demolition controls would be a big factor in the value of this.

I'm sure if these were favourable then ad would mention it.

Also assume it has been passed in at auction and is now for sale.

    I'll go with $2.35M.

We used to have our own PC auction game. Was popular a couple of years back. Started off strong and many of us involved.. then it got boring as there were no prizes for winning :(. I think I won the first one. @Leo2413 you still owe me a prize for that! :D I believe it was a smashed avo breakfast. o_O

The selling agent thinks max of $2.75M so we'll see how close she gets.

@York - you should've come to the smashed avo catchup and claimed from @Leo2413 :D

Maybe we can start it up again and shout the winner a drink or lunch at a meetup.

I actually won $1k prize from that other comp, wish it was still on!
