    Hi there
I have not decided on the name of my conveyancer
So what should i write against the clause of conveyancer name in the contract after I win the auction ?

is the "To be decided by the Buyer " good enough ?

    Cheers

Just leave it blank. Happens all the time.

However you really should sort this out before you buy. The smart thing to do is to get your conveyancer to review the section 32 before you bid at the auction.

When will you decide on the conveyancer? After the auction the agent needs the details to go on the contract asap so they can send a copy of the contract to your conveyancer!

How do you know there aren't any unusual clauses in the contract?

    I’m an agent.

While I don’t understand why people don’t have a conveyancer or solicitor review first, it’s not unusual,
