    With our home in north Kellyville gone up in value, it gives us some borrowing capacity to get another IP. Got two units ( one in waitara one in Brisbane cbd atm), borrow capacity is 900k. Should we get a existing town home ( torren title without strata cost ) for 880k or an off plan town house with strata title for 900k Due to finish April next year ?Goal is long term CG as well as good rental yield to improve affordability in the Short term.. or neither? Where would you consider to invest with 900k?
