    If I could get 25% returns over the next 4 years or something that I thought stacked, for e.g.

    got a buddy who bought a mining town property

    4b new home that is on a 4 year lease for 380pw with a company and he bought it for 110k.

    If I could buy that for 70k under those tersm I would tomorrow
