    Ive got an appointment booked this friday with a morgage broker so ill let u know then
    But in gentral ive got 92 k saved up cash
    No expenses and no debts and i earn around 1200 from my permanent job , what would ur guess be maybe 500,000 or more i really dont know
    But ill let ya know after i see that morgage broker

    Yeah, I hope that Park Ridge will be featured as the best suburb next year in one of the property investment magazines 2017.
