What software (if any) do you use to keep track of multiple IP's?

    That's me, pen, paper, files and sometimes drop box but my accountant uses pen and paper as well. At least he does in his initial yearly consultations before emailing documents to me.

    I use an excel spreadsheet. If I'm proactive I enter the figures as I pay each bills. If not, then it takes me half an hour to sort all invoices into a pile and enter at tax time. If your not sure how to structure it, just setup columns to replicate MyGov tax portal criteria with an extra worksheet to summarise bulk repairs/maintenance if required. Once tax is done, the spreadsheet is printed and included in my records, plus saved electronically.
