    ok, so I read somewhere that google has a high market share of the search engine, and I was thinking it was going be like 99.999999%

    but it wasnt close to that,

    that being said, I dunno of any other search engines except those spyware ones that infect your computer if your not careful,

    so survey, who uses what?

    Me, im google all the way, everything else the search results are ridiculously poor compared to google

    Depends what I am looking for but usually Alta Vista. If that doesn't help me I then go to Hotbot and Lycos.

    I used the Internet King for about 13 seasons; I loved it, what a great service.

    Unfortunately it went downhill after that and got so bad that it makes Microsoft look competent.

    If this was 1997; altavista :D use that to find mIRC, download it, and connect to EFnet.

    Before google came arpund the big ones that i used were msn yahoo and altavista (geez shows my age)

    But i believe except yahoo the other two have just fallen apart or died

    Duck Duck Go for privacy. Not too bad considering it's not Google, results are pretty relevant for most things.
