What RoI to a short term financier?

    We have a small CTS development completely underway with land, budgets, professional consultants, plans, etc but could do with an extra $50+-K to underwrite initial development costs.
    If we could find a short term (12 months) financier, what annual RoI would they expect? 10%, 50% etc?
    Any suggestions?

    I've used a Westpac unsecured Flexi Loan for stuff like that and they allow $50k and as it's a normal product the rates are reasonable.

    Alternatively you're probably looking around `at least 20%

    Can you not get an overdraft or something like that?
