Hi everyone, Just introducing myself in this forum. I used to lurk in the SS forum many years ago when it was the most popular property forum. Didn't actively participate there but SS did motivate us to get into property investment and in the last 15 years at a moderate pace we have accumulated 5.5m assets including PPOR with a loan of 3.5m in the last 15 years or so. Been in IT industry for nearly 30 years and looking at what do next. Still feels like in my 30s so should be able to pull in another 20 years! The IT industry and the kind of work I do is interesting, can't complain, but now getting quite repetitive and staring at screen the whole day can't be good for health. Some of threads in this forum are interesting and food for thought. I am thinking of starting something small as a side hustle and then see if I like it and can grow into it. SH
