What most Real Estate Agents don’t know, or won’t tell you about price positioning

Anne-Maree Russell and Luke Russell from Cape Cod Residential put a really comprehensive 32 page booklet together about price positioning when selling. Its a fantastic resource for anyone interested. They are also pretty fantastic agents. Full disclosure I have no business ties with them whatsoever.
