    Hi,

I am looking to purchase a property for development purpose that has a massive tree in its backyard.
I am wondering how much it may cost to remove this tree or if the removal is possible at all?

Property is located in Sydney south-west.

I'd be calling the local council who either will say you can remove it, or it must stay.

If you can remove it, then get a quote from a tree lopper.

... or if you make an offer, have a subject to due diligence clause and talk to council and get an arborist in to quote on it.

For something like that which would need up too 4 people to cut it down safe, maybe in Brisbane prices above 4k...Also that's an unlevel block -would pay to buy a copy of the plumbing layout ..imho..
