    8.5% plus GST in Brisbane, plus monthly "admin" fee on $5.50.

    Seems like a hell of lot for doing next to nothing.

    One weeks letting fee and 7.7%. all inclusive. SW Brisbane
    I found the agents a few suburbs away are closer to 9% plus plus plus
