    Hi guys,

What is a Torrens titled Townhouse and how is it distinct from any other form of title for townhouse(strata?)

What are the advantages of this if any ?

    Thank you

The agent doesn't know **** from clay and should go back to Property 101.

Anything not under Old System Title (or qualified title) is Torrens Titled.

What they mean is the townhouse is not strata titled and has it's own title ie Lot & DP (independent lot with no common property).

There are no strata levies. You are responsible for all costs eg maintenance, insurance, landscape care, gardening/mowing.
