    Hi All,

Just wondering, if the blue dashed line is the storm water channel in the attached map ?

If not, what is it ?
Is it advisable to buy a house near that ?

    Green lines are good
    Blue lines are bad
Never buy a house near a blue line

Looking at Satellite map. A drain or waterway?

looks like intermittent overland water flow,
was it an old creek now filled in ?

The houses adjoining have temporary waterfrontage. Check the council flood maps or Water Resources hydrology maps for more information.
