What Granny Flat builder should I consider on the Northern Beaches (Sydney)?

    We are looking at building a granny flat on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. We aren't looking to go as cheap as possible, and want something well-built without being outrageously expensive.

    We're currently looking at obtaining quotes from Bungalow Homes, Granny Flat Solutions and Granny Flat Approvals. Is there any other good granny flat builders we should consider?

    I have used Grannyflatexperts in the past and pretty happy with the service and outcome.

    I used GrannyFlatApprovals in the Canberra area, and I was very happy with the result. Though not being in Sydney, I had to find a local builder - they handled everything through to handover to the builder - plans, design, approval etc.

    I have built with bluegum granny flats and had no issues. Very streamlined process. Not sure if they build in your area. My site was in the St George area.
