I was a buyer that recently had settlement completed in NSW. My conveyancer is extremely hard to reach and doesn't really reply or pick up the phone.

I know they are required to keep record of documents for 7 years so all the documents should still be in conveyancers possession.

I have so far only received verbal confirmation that settlement is completed. Is there a list of documents I should have received ?

    Should have the following:
    1) signed contract upon exchange
    2) cost disclosure and cost agreement
    3) statement of adjustment (get this once settled)
