Does anyone use the carport? My friend is temp living in a house like that. They park on footpath as drive is so steep. I park up the top and walk down the steps by driveway and I really don’t like the steepness. I always wonder about those houses that change hands every few years!

That's partly why I posted it. The cars are usually up on the street and nothing is in the carport. I'm wondering about overland water flow too.

I like the house. I like the outdoor entertainment area.

I wonder if they are better to build a carport level with the street?

Make sure water is intercepted and directed away before it hits the house level?

I don't know the area, but I'd never buy that house, mainly because of the driveway. House itself looks quite nice.

I hadn't realised it backed onto a school. That would mean noise issues (more than likely).
