    They are selling because they cant afford sheets on the beds by the looks of it... Here we were thinking property was expensive but really it is the sheets!

    I want to get in there myself and start ripping it to pieces. I reckon there would be some beautiful timber floors under the granny carpet.

    This one around the corner was initially advertised for 699K, now dropped to 650K with different agent. It sold for 665K in 2016. Front is pretty ugly up close, with a weird tacked on garage.
