    I tend to describe B & M as fine wine, the older it gets the better it is. Provided you are aging the good wine. i.e. good quality property

    Indexed income .

    Too many people look at higher returns in other areas , but if your capital base is growing while giving a good return , you're going to be way ahead of someone with a higher return with no capital growth .
