    The agent says it will fall between $1.15m - 1.28m.

    Built in 2007. 1 owner only (not rented out) - sold in Feb 2007 for $636k.
    310sqm.
    Well maintained.
    Off Serpells (dual school zoning).
    Spacious.

    Indeed, it's a South Park, I actually have no knowledge of the property or what it might sell for, though the median house prices is greater than 1.1mil, so I'll revise my estimation to alot.
