What do you do with tenants who constantly complain

    Fix what you have to put the rent up and be sure not to renew their lease.
    Most tenants aren't like this .
    Been there done that with the serial complainers .
    It never ends . Next

    I think your buying in the wrong spots, was looking at a place other day & asked if the tenant would stay on, I got the answer yes.

    They are living in a house that rains on the inside when raining outside.....lol...can't believe they live there and landlord has never bothered to fix.

    I agree. I like to have any fault fixed by COB where possible. Where not possible to have fixed by COB, then ASAP.

    haha. I have done this. For one, I put the rent up $5 pw week and she moved out. Good riddence. One of my worst ever tenants.

    You never seem to miss them. That's the thing to remember there is always a next tenant.
