    I've done this ^ . Every now and then I get a new box delivered as I usually like the meals, keep the recipe cards and order for myself using online shopping the next shop. For my family it was costing $40 for a meal through Hello Fresh that cost $20 to order from Coles or Woolies online.

    We use it. Most of the time pretty good.
    Not as good or cheap as going to the farmers markets yourself, but we are busy people

    Update: I haven't done anything much to change my diet but I reckon I might have lost an inch or two around my middle. Shorts that I used to be ok wearing without a belt now need a belt or else they annoyingly want to fall down. (Or maybe these days I just care that they have this tenancy, whereas before I didn't!)

    I an very anti-sugar and do a short workout nearly every day.
    One new goal is to avoid buying my lunches during the workday, so far I haven't started....
