    How did that work in the context of underquoting legislation? I'm assuming you dealt with a different agent for the contract aspects?

    Based on my observations of the Adelaide market, the only impact the legislation has made is to prevent the ridiculously large price ranges (sometimes they used to put $100k price ranges). Most agents don't even know their own rules IMO
