    Havent looked at the finer details but yes, you would have to check the zoning for Constance St. Woodrow is also a very busy road so location isn't great. I think you are accurate with your estimate, somewhere in the 900s at the moment.

    No so sure...but I reckon at least till 2024....Perth is just starting. When it goes it goes like a firecracker.....based on previous cycles.

    It out performs every city except ole Sydney...who knows it may do what it did last cycle...it went above Sydney median for a few months.
