I think everyone who said that has their own definition of what making money is .

There is always going to be something that could potentially out perform what I've done or am doing , but as long as I get where I'm wanting to get to , I don't care what other people / investments have done .

I have absolutely no interest in doing what you're suggesting .

Anyone also include the KPI of having long term tenants in your IPs? I see that as a good indicator that the tenants are happy and that you are fulfilling your end of the bargain as a landlord. I guess that having any maintenance issues resolved fast (also credit to my managing agent) really helped them make the decision on renewing their lease agreements. Currently, I am fortunate in my journey that all my tenants are still the original tenants but I guess the time will come when they leave the nest.......

Sure do! I have a lot:
    1) buy value properties
    2) buy properties where I can add value
    3) buy properties that will appreciate in value
    4) buy properties where I can build additional dwellings

So far my KPI score is 100% :)
