What are your due diligence checks for buying in logan ?
Also if im buying in logan do you think id need a ba for that

 

Do you need a BA to buy, no. In Australia a BA is not required to purchase a property. There are many reasons why people might consider using them but do you need one is up to your own personal preference and other things (e.g. how much time do you have spare, do you want to fly to Brisbane to inspect the property and have no family or friends, is your time more valuable doing something else (even watching tv) than looking for property?)

DD for logan is the same as looking anywhere else, comparable sales, location to amenities, etc etc.

 

Agree here. Are there aspects of buying in Logan (as opposed to other places) that would make the DD different?

 

As said, same as anywhere really, the thing is any place needs to suit you and what you want.
