Good, I liked it. The ending like the last page(s) was written by Jordan before his death.

Reading through Elon Musk Tesla, SpaceX and the quest for a fantastic future.

Elon was one of the founders of PayPal and now runs SpaceX and Tesla Motors.

Great book and if you google news falcon 9 you'll see their latest rocket landing just last week.

Also the Tesla Model X due out this year. A modern day delorean.

    Exciting times.

    That's cool.

I'm going to have to give it another shot I think. But I'm feeling really ADHD with my reading right now. If it's not action action action my brain is just switching off and I'm not paying attention. I read Tom Clancy for about 30 mins before going "all that's happened is they've gotten on a submarine... what the hell". Then I went back to Jack Reacher and in the first couple of pages Reacher has broken a cops nose in a bar fight, escaped from his motel room, found an anonymous stranger who needs some mysterious sort of help, while across the other side of the country a group of assassins begin their hunt for the next victim...

    Soooo good! :D

Yes, hence me putting Winters Heart down in 2006. Agreed it is a bit drawn out, but it's an epic tale with several different peoples life paths being followed all at once. While it would be nice to get it moving along, at the same time it will be saddening (for me at least) to reach the end of the story. All good things come to an end though.

I am reading a brilliant biography by Stacy Schiff on Cleopatra. She writes solely based on fact. She does a tonne of research. It's fascinating. Cleopatra was a 18 year old girl who'd fled to the desert because her brother was trying to kill her when she met Caesar. She broke into the palace wearing a hemp sack to seek the protection of Caesar. That's how they met. Anyway, it's a great read.

Stieg Larsson's The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, Book Four: the verdict

Just picked up Lee Childs new book "Make Me" to read, plus I'm reading "Eat The Yolks" by Liz Wolfe

If you like Lee Child you may enjoy Tom Woods books also

Perhaps that's actually "Guide" to getting rich?

Smartphones are responsible for a lot of typos these days.

This one's on my 'to read' list for 2016.

I watched the Falcon 9 landing live. General public didn't seem too fussed but it was one of the most significant moments of our species this millennium. Cost of getting in to orbit will drop 2 orders of magnitude as a result.

Reading in the Tele how James Packer is dating Mariah Carey and Rupert Murdoch is dating Jerry Hall, and thinking this must be some kind of parallel universe.

Given that anything is possible, maybe the $70m Powerball will favour the No Man's Land region next Thursday night.

    Otherwise back to spag bol.

Half way. Excellent so far. All about hacks and the thinking required for getting things done exceptionally and efficiently, and equally as effectively.
