True @Simon Hampel I've set up twitter only for business, property and science information. No bs. Actually you promoted twitter when you put the feed on here, I got it up and running again
Facebook has had a major cull of pages to keep along a productive line.

I was looking for a free android alarm clock which
    1. Rings
    2. Tells the weather forecast for the day and
    3. Tells the top headlines
    Any recommendations?

It is bit struggle to look at the phone as the first thing in the mornings :)

    Why
What about use widgets. Weatherzone has a good widget, then the standard alarm and a news widget?

The problem with Dropbox is it only gives a measly 2GB on the free account so I'm now using Mega which gives 50GB of space free. The extra 48GB of space really makes a difference.

How is it? I'm not sure if I trust the "free" money watching app. I've been looking at xero as dt mentioned

    • Evernote Premium to sync all my notes to all my iDevices
    • Pocketbook to watch the cash
    • Hotspot VPN
    • Houzz/On The house/TapMortgage/PropertyUpdate
    • Norton IDSafe to store all my passwords in one app
    • Tripcase/Expedia/AirBnB/TripAdvisor/TripView Lite for travel
    • Meetup
    • Dropbox
    • Teamviewer to remotely control my laptop (free)
    • Air Transfer to easily transfer files wirelessly between devices for free
    • WhatsApp for free messaging and quality calls to my friends all over the world (much better than Skype)
Waiting for the Acorns app to come out in Aus. It automatically invests your spare change so will be interesting to see how that goes.

It was really useful when I was saving up for the first deposit, when outgoings per month was pretty consistent. Good to see where the money goes and motivate to save

These days a bit difficult as bills from IPs come in sporadically. I mainly use it to categorise income/expenses for IPs so come tax time it's really easy to run a tally for each property (off the website).

I have been using Sleep as Android for a week and a half. My sleep hygiene is atrocious.

Is it safe to enter your banking details into a 3rd party app?

I imagine it would have been verified by Apple as not being dodgy but it always makes me nervous when someone asks for my internet banking details.

I'd avoid using Mega for anything. The previous itteration was taken over by the FBI, all access to files lost. Can you afford to loose the files or even worse, can you afford for the authorities to get access to them?

These guys are very generous in various ways, but they have a very big target on them.

My new phone does all that. Bought it last week and still playing with it and downloading new apps. Just signed up for a new service with TMobile in the US, with unlimited data, talk and text. I picked up a LG android. Absolutely awesome phone. I'm finally understanding why people love their phones.

@House Is that really a BMT app? It looks very different to all their other apps, plus no mention of @BMT Tax Depreciation brand at all....?
