    Tough crowd.

    I think it's too cheap for that location.....only downer is outside loo really, teh lucky one would probably have em stacked 4 high @ 550 each....with free internet and bunnings heater of course.

    In 2011 they said
    51 Newington Road, Enmore NSW 2042 - House For Rent - 7020590 and asking $450
    5yrs on it's worth $550 and still needs TLC - copy and paste of advert practically word for word except you don't get to paint it yourself now

    Am I crazy? I think it is a lovely house. Just needs some work.

    But seriously. It looks solid and would look great with a bit of a renovation and tidy up.
