Westpac Service levels

    Hi all,

    interested to know what Westpac's current service levels are running at for unconditional approval. Full valuation has already been completed so essentially will require only credit and LMI to proceed. We are going through a broker who has platinum status I believe.

    Why not ask your broker? They should be able to follow all this up for you if it's taking longer than you think it should be.

    Shouldn't take too long.

    Agree with Jess though - only accurate answer is going to come from the person who submitted the app.

    1 day is current timeframe.

    Takes a few hours to image files, but if submitted in morning, should be back next day.

    If there's issues or questions, may need to come back and add some time to process.
