Property doomsayers are thinking again. Westpac's latest forecast is for the market to bottom out mid-next year then start flying again. House prices will grow 14 per cent in Sydney, 20 per cent in Brisbane, and even Melbourne will hit double digits. The difference between this downturn as the GFC is that the system is awash with cheap money.

I'm still positive been now and the next 100-200 years there will be a crash. I'm 100% sure about it.
