    does anyone know the latest changes to Westpac rates for new borrowers announced today?

    There were some announced on the 30th. Haven't seen anything since then.

    Unless you live in your investment properties prior to renting them out to maximise your options in regards to choosing which residence you wish to use as your main to maximise CGT effectiveness.

    Lol I'm wondering how long APRA is going to continue putting up with this sham.

    I should be as soon as you move out of your PPOR the banks have to move it into IP classification but people continue to do this and banks happily turn a blind eye to it.
