    Yeah, good meet, apart from missing food and having to replace it with amber fluid...lol

    Not sure how long you been running these, but the above post/s are interesting in that can you gauge a rising market from the turn up at meet ups ?

    Have not been to yours since APRA changes, maybe that cut some interest in property.

    You've always got some that are part of the furniture. They are there, every time there's a meet-up. Then you've got the not-so regular old-timers. They've been around for ages, but they don't make all the meetups. The real gauge though, are the newbies, and semi newbies.

    When property is on the rise, you get a lot more interest than when it's not.
