Hellooo to everyone, there was much turnout and I didn't really get to say to hi to a lot of folks. I am one of the early birds and one of the early ones to leave, and I woke up much later than you skater.

Thank you @skater for organising. I was wondering why you were carrying all those jackets !!!!

 

They don't let us reserve tables so instead we pull a number together and put a jacket at each table with maybe a glass of water or two.

 

Thanks again for organising. Great night as always. Nice to see everyone, meet some new folks and absorb wisdom and ideas.

I'll fly down for the next one for sure.

 

Only just woke up now! Got in at 2am but couldn't sleep as all the conversations were running around in my head for at least an hour. Was great meeting (almost) everyone and definitely looking forward to the next one.

I know, hey! Incredible that we can all stay so late chatting away, but each meeting seems to go into the wee hours. It totally knocks me for six the next day, but then I don't have to go to work.

Flights & accomm are not a big deal compared to the value of the conversations

As long as we avoid a date clash with the next Bris/GC meet up!

 

Our next one should be in mid January. It will probably be a bit quieter since some people will be on holidays.

 

Don't pay for accom. We have a wonderful self contained motorhome in the yard.

Might catch a Brisbane/Gold coast meetup on our trip to Queensland sometime next year.
