Western sydney drafties or builder recommendations

Hi brains trust

Doss anyone have a draftsman or builder they can recommend?

My parents are looking to downsize and having been looking at display homes to get started but everything is "to modern" and " to open plan" , "to much glass doors" etc etc

They have the block and an idea of size they just need it drawn for them. They can't make decisions do a drafty or someone is needed to fill gaps and get it done!

 

I recently built a brick veneer granny flat (my design) near Liverpool after the builder i started with stuffed me around. Found Steve when i went to his house for work purpose. @Brian84 Do you have any recommendations? What mcmansion builders do you recomend? allworth, clarendon??

These guys did the design for my custom build. They work with a number of western Sydney builders.

The service from them as a contractor to my builder was quite good. Good e-mail and phone communications.

( My custom build house was finished in 2014. Unfortunately my builder collapsed last year. A pity. They did a quality build. They tried to grow too quickly )

 

I would recommend Oakworth homes. They are a small builder that aren't trying to pump out high volume amounts a year so they focus more on quality and are cheaper than the big builders. They have a display home a gregory hills. If your interested I can give you the owners direct number.
