The property is west facing and has a huge backyard. Two of the rooms have south facing windows . Main BR has a east facing window. The 4th bedroom has a west facing window. No direct sunlight to kitchen. There is a large gum tree in the backyard close to the patio.

Is this aspect terrible? The property seemed OK lit when we inspected it on a cloudy day a few weeks back.

The vendor wants 900K for this.

Do you think that's expensive ? What would be a good price for this ?

No northen light to living areas. Not ideal.
