The issue is gangs in Melbourne.and it is spread out throughout Melbourne...they even did some brazen robberies jewelry stores in the Eastern suburbs....unlike Sydney they have not brought that under control......perhaps they need to rethink policing in Victoria.

Melbourne is scary. Here is another bank robbery in Laverton.

    1. You misspelt Werribee again
    2. It happened in Laverton not Werribee.
    3. What's your agenda? You're not scaring anyone here.

2018 is on its way, anyone think Werribee can return 10%-15% return coming year? I'm close to selling up, if I can get another 100k between the 2 places I'm out, otherwise I will hold another year and hope for more growth.

Probably 7-10% would be my guess. Population growth will continue.

I bumped into this REA from Ray White at the local Coles yesterday. He's echoed the 10-15% growth, said there's still considerable demand and he still gets offers pre-auction and a lot of properties are still being auctioned. On prodding further, he thinks the growth should extend into 2019 but should abate when 2019 rolls around.
