    hi everyone,
    I am new to this forum! I am currently looking at purchasing my next IP and have been looking at various areas. What are people’s thoughts on the new development in Werribee South?
    Pros
    -the development of the new marina (which may left up prices)
    -2 new beach’s opened
    -freeway to the city
    Cons
    -so much vacant land and farming
    -vicinity to the city
    Your help and thoughts will be appreciated! Thank you
