    hi all any one doing buy Reno sell deals in Werribee or sorounding suburbs I would be interested to here if it's working out for you

    Would depend on the deal, but with your typical Weribbe home it's unlikely that after buy in, purchasing and reno costs there would be any profit left.
    Also new H&L packages can be had in Werribee from the mid 300's, giving buyers a choice of old but Reno'd or brand new
