I'm not a fan of Masonry as a facing, it's fine for a feature or a retaining wall but not in this scenario.

    Just personal preference though.

I love the Seidler house, still waiting for an opportunity to stay there one day!

like this one in Five Dock that has been on the market for months.
they cant sell it ! It had a partial knock down and rebuild.

but they do say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I think in this case that beauty is in the eye of the beer holder.

There are some terrible houses being built in Five Dock and Drummoyne - some in great locations. Lots of concrete. But Five Dock especially has been all about concrete since the Italians arrived in the 60s.

I'm no fan of that Five Dock home, but at least it has some shape variation to provide some interest - unlike the one in Tassie.

How much would this property be worth?

I hate expressions of interest!!!! How can you make an impulse decison to take it further when the price is not even put out there to consider.

It would be a great weekender and base to ride the Blue Tier / Derby mountain bike tracks.

Well. The view of this room could leave a lot to be desired (depending on who is using what at the time I guess).

I just wonder ‘what we’re they thinking).

For $820,000 I could easily get over how tremendously ugly it looks on the outside.... that VIEW!!! Beautiful inside too.

Good god it's ugly outside though.... do you think they just might not have finished it?

Oh dear. If I were a Hills District painter I think I'd leave my phone off the hook until the auction is over.

Everyone will be wanting "just a rough idea of how much it might cost to fix..."
